There is no specific refund policy. i9 Technologies offer a 14 day evaluation trial key that should be used to evaluate and test the software before purchasing. Any refunds will be made entirely at i9 Technologies' discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from i9 Technologies to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.
